Session Info

LOCATION: Undisclosed pristine natural locations. Each workshop will start at a meeting point usually in the vicinity of Uki. You will receive the meeting point location when you RSVP for the session.

SAFETY: safety is a high priority. I not only want to prevent accident or injury but I practice techniques that avoid even the slightest niggle in  the joints etc… Note: Boy psychology is reckless and takes dangerous risks.  Man psychology / Warrior energy is aware of his own nature and knows his limits. You are responsible for your own body whilst training and will always be guided to practise safely.

FITNESS: I recommend you have basic fitness. You must at least have an active lifestyle. Try and do at least one cardio fitness session of 20-30 mins of continuous walking or running or swimming or bike riding in the week leading up to doing a Journey. If you know Yoga or stretching do a session of that as well, especially through the legs. Remember during a journey you work at your own pace and according to your own ability.

COST: Sharing this Training is my bliss. I offer it in service to the growth and evolution of men and community and I offer it to support my own life needs. I devote my time to regularly offering sessions and hence it is part of the way I support my family. Prices for the sessions are kept down to earth.

WHAT TO BRING:
-Please wear black clothes (if possible).
-Shoes or Bare Feet is by personal preference. If wearing shoes I recommend a light simple shoe that allows feel through the feet and balance through the toes. i.e Dunlop Volleys. If bare feet make sure your soles are up for it.
-Bring 2 litres of water for afterwards, fruit etc.. to share,
-A change of dry warm clothes for afterwards.

Note: On the journey we carry nothing with us.
